Terms when a dress is ordered

There is nothing within these conditions of trade which affects your statutory rights. Throughout these conditions of trade all references to MIMI TOKO, WE or OUR means Mimi Toko Duffield Limited. All references to YOU means the customer (Person named on the order).

  1. An initial payment in the form of a deposit is required to secure goods and services. The minimum deposit is 50% of the total order value. Should you subsequently cancel your order for any reason no refunds of monies paid will be given or be transferable to another product or service.
  2. The remaining balance will be due for payment within 14 days after the product has arrived at the boutique.
  3. No cancelation of the contract is permitted after the deposit is paid unless we are unable to deliver the goods / services.
  4. The price of the garment does not include the cost of alterations or storage fee (Storage of the product is available at the boutique till the day of the wedding for a £100 fee)
  5. Mimi Toko accepts no liability for changes to the customers body shape, size, weight and height.
  6. Any delivery date given by Mimi Toko is an estimate and we will not be held liable for delays in the delivery howsoever caused.
  7. If for any reason we are unable to supply any of the goods or services ordered our total liability to you will be limited to the total of monies paid by you for these goods or services.
  8. The full balance of the goods must be settled before the goods are removed from our premises. If the goods are not removed within 14 days of the of the dress arriving a £5 a day storage fee will be charged (if storage is not agreed)
  9. Before you remove the goods from the boutique you must satisfy yourself as to the condition of the goods and draw our attention to any defects or discrepancies. We will not be liable for any defects or discrepancies subsequently discovered. Neither will we be liable for any consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever due to the supply of goods or there use by you.
  10. This agreement and proof of all payments relating to this sale must be retained by you as proof of purchase.
